13 - 14 January 2019 – 3DSPEC project was promoted during 3rd Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE. Place: International Congress Centre, Katowice, Poland.
3DSPEC project results were promoted by KOMAG during the 3rd Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE. On KOMAG’s show stand a 3D printer along with sample printouts, including a complex 3D printout showing a part of machine, were presented. The visitors were informed about 3D printing technology and 3DSPEC course as means to acquire abilities to use this technology for own professional needs. Additionally the visitors were provided with the project Newsletter with concise information about the project, its results and 3DSPEC products pilot tests. Description of the 3DSPEC project results were presented also on the 3DSPEC roll-up. During talks, visitors were encouraged to participate in the 3DSPEC course pilot tests and their e-mail contacts were obtained in order to send them invitation with access to the course.
The festival was widely promoted in media and a huge number of visitors appeared.
