Hotend (Hot End) – część ekstrudera, która ma za zadanie stopienie i wyrzucenie materiału. Zbudowany jest z głowicy, grzałki i dyszy. Przez pojęcie te rozumie się również samą końcówkę ekstrudera jako najbardziej gorąca część.

Hotend (Hot End) - a part of an extruder, which is for melting and throwing away the material. It is built of a head, a heater and a nozzle. This term also means the end of an extruder itself as the hottest part.
