Even after the project finishes the project’s team actively promotes its results. The project coordinator Dariusz Michalak took part in the event ‘Skills and jobs mismatch’, organized between 3-6.03.2020, in Skopje, Macedonia.
The main goals of the event were as follows: identification of gaps between labour and education, and their reasons; development of recommendations for dealing with the identified problems; exchange of good practices and ideas; networking. The event was organized for representatives from the whole EU.
It was a very good opportunity to spread out the idea of the e-MOTIVE project and present its results in an informal discussion. During the meeting, the project's leaflet and a special newsletter were distributed among the interested participants.
Formal and informal discussions have confirmed that there is still high demand for the e-MOTIVE project results, and moreover - a number of new topics to develop were identified. So, the conclusion was that there is need to keep the e-MOTIVE project results update and enhance them by covering new topics. As a result of networking activity, a new project consortium was formulated, and a new ERASMUS+ project proposal was prepared. So, let's keep the fingers crossed for successful cooperation with new partners from Croatia and Macedonia within the new project.
